Cute cookies. For the life of me I can't write on my cookies, it all runs together. Is your icing stiff when you do the writing?

Well, I'd say the consistancy is "medium" - it's not stiff...and definitely not runny like how it is to fill in the cookie (the pink part).

love the pink and brown, my fav color combo! mom2spunkynbug -- I've found with writing, if I use those small bottle used for filling candy and get the icing so it flows without running, it works best. Practice on paper, and, make sure your cookies are good and dry before writing on them.
