Chocolate (WASC) cake w/ Raspberry Filling (posted by Heartsfire) and chocolate Buttercream Dream icing. Second cake was lemon (Durable Cake for 3D & Wedding) w/ the same buttercream icing, however adding lemon zest and lemon juice instead of cocoa. Ran out of time to add more detail on the books, however it was still fun to make. Made MMF for the first time, very easy to make and use. Next time I need to try and figure out how to make the cover of the "books" less floppy looking! Thanks for the recipes and ideas from everyone on CakeCentral!
