Two tier pina colada cake with rum buttercream for a tropical bridal shower. I used rice crispy treats for the towers, a mixture of sugars and graham cracker crumbs to cover the cake, chocolate for the shells, gumpaste for the hibiscus, and royal icing for the coral. I got the idea for a sandcastle from ones I have seen on here. Lots of fun to make.
