This Phillies Fire Co. 30th birthday cake was for a member of the Phillies Fire Co. (Pottstown, PA). The bottom layer was chocolate with buttercream covered with black fondant. The fire truck is vanilla cake with buttercream covered in many pieces of fondant. Fire hydrant, hose, and water puddle are made out of fondant. The firetruck was about 17 inches long by 6 inches wide.
