This cake is my final project for my Wedding Cakes Production II class at my community college. We had to make a french country themed wedding cake to display at a big fundraising gala. It has been shaped from styrofoam, covered in ChocoPan fondant. The gumpaste flowers were made from ChocoPan gumpaste.
