I made this (false) cake for the Florida ICED Cake Competition in Ocala last March. I Came from Cancun Mexico, just to participate. I did not win, but the experience was worth the trip. The organizers were kind enough to give us back the sheets from the judges to see what were our weak points. Their orientations were greatly appreciated. This is the first time I participate in any cake show, and I will do it again next year.
