The cliffs/base of the castle is made of a dummy cake, cut into jaggered edges, this is covered with grey fondant icing, dusted with black/grey/green edible powder, and decorated with little hedges and flowers etc,, the two tier castle is two chocolate square cakes sizes 10" and 6", once covered and left to dry the castle was lightly dusted with white lustre powder for a lovely girlie effect x Hope you all like it x
