This cake was 3 tiers covered in buttercream. The rounded top tier was hand carved. The rickety fence, the stars and the letters were all fondant. All the characters were toys, except for bullseye. They only provided 3 characters they wanted on the cake, but I couldn't do a toy story cake without bullseye and it looked like something was missing, so I made one out of fondant.
