I made this cake for my local FFA/4-H Youth Project Show in March.This is my 3rd year to enter. I won the division and went to auction...YAY! :) The bottom two tiers are cake and the top two are RKT. The flowers and butterflies are gumpaste. I usually make my own fondant, but I thought I would try satin ice ...not sure if I like it or not... TFL
