Cake was made for my MIL's women's chorus. It consists of four stacked half layers (2 full, 12 in. cakes cut in triangles). Cake ended up being about 7 in tall. Iced in buttercream, red fondant top, royal icing lettering. I was happy with the way the cake turned out, but despite dowel rods, it slid apart during transport :( Any advice for next time?
