Gorgeous cake!! Well done! :D How did you make your turrets?

so many people try to ice or fondant their cones... these look super in their natural state! The floral work is gorgeous too. Excellent job!!

Thanks for the lovely comments. The turrets are made from Gelatin Icing rolled out quite thin and placed around the cardboard from kitchen rolls that have been covered in cling film. They are left to dry for a day then take out the cardboard and let them dry some more. They dry very hard.
