I made this in record time, 7 hours from sifting the flower to snapping the pictures! (I started at 12:30 today, ended at 8:30!) The cake is a chocolate cake with strawberry filling, covered in chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant. I made the big flower from layers of gumpaste/fondant mixture from circles! Rolled it out thin and used a toothpick to make it ruffle :D TFL!
