This is my 1st topsy turvy cake! I'd never been more worried about an 8 year old girl's opinion until doing this cake, but it was exactly what she wanted:) 2 8" rounds, 2 6" rounds, and a personal cake on top....yellow butter cake with buttercream frosting, chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting, MMF, and Duff's Electric Color gels for the bright colors!
