My daughter turned five today. =) I was only planning on doing the middle tier, but I just kept drawing on my sketch and decided to go all out and give the extra servings to neighbors. =) (There were only 8 adults and three children.) 4, 6, 8 inch tiers.
Spice and Chocolate cake & dairy-free Michele Foster's Fondant. This was also my first time doing a big bow and doing the skirt on the bottom. =)

Michele Foster's Fondant is the BEST! =) I must admit, however, that it works a lot easier to work with when made regular and not the non-dairy way. =) I've tried quite a bit, and I still prefer Michele's. And the tase? My sister can't get enough of it when she's over. HTH! And thank you for the compliment! =)
