Chocolate Espresso Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting topped with chocolate syrup and sprinkled with Instant Espresso Powder. Made these for my daughters birthday who loves Starbucks I saw so many great ones posted here on CC so I had to give it a try. They were fun and easy to make .
