pink and black winged heart wedding cake

wedding cake with winged heart topper i made myself. the hot pink heart and wings were dusted with pearl petal dust. velvet ribbon rings the bottom of each tier while metallic pink dragees stud the cake to form triangle clusters. butter pound cake with vanilla buttercream filling covered in black chocolate fondant.

This is just STUNNING, but I would be afraid of staining mouth and teeth with all the black........ did you have any problem with that ?

thanks for the comments Nope, there were no stained teeth during the wedding reception, thanks to the chocolate fondant recipe from this site. I didn't need much black gel food color toachieve the black fondant :D
