Cake made for my niece & her hubby - 1st & 4th layer is WASC vanilla w/ amaretto filling & white chocolate ganache; 2nd layer is red velvet WASC w/ cream cheese buttercream & white chocolate ganache; 3rd layer is chocolate WASC w/ raspberry cream filling & white cholate ganache.....covered in MMF. Received so many compliments -- especially on the vanilla with amaretto - definitely the favorite!!
