The Parrot, Lizzard and flowers are handmade modeled and all edibles. :) This cake won Gold medal in the International class in the Cake International 2010 in NEC Birmingham, England

Excuse me, when I put it in, the question mark was an upside down exclamation mark! Oh, well, this is still the most spectacular cake I've seen in a while and totally captures the flavor of that lovely country.
