This is a cake I made for my Uncle's 60th Birthday. It is modelled after the 10th hole at Kildonan Golf Course here in Winnipeg. It is a special hole as there is a trestle (old train bridge) that is right in the middle of the hole. Chocolate cake covered in fondant and buttercream icing with graham wafer crumbs for sand traps and path. Fondant/gumpaste trees and gumpaste train bridge. All hand modelled. TFL!
