I had extra batter and ended making a 2 layer 6 inch cake. I didn't know what to make but I found this idea in CC for easter and thought my daughter would love it as a surprise after school....Surely enough she loved it! Since I had all the colors and icing, this only took me less than 30 minutes to put together after the cake was iced. TYFL!!
