Camellia Wedding Cake

I made this cake for the Florida ICED Cake Competition in Ocala, FL. It is a false cake. The large rosettes are all done in gumpaste. The design is based on the Rivini wedding dress "Camellia" I had a great time at the competition even though I didn't win. Thanks for Looking!

Very beautiful and lots of hours of work in that. YOu did a very nice job. Hope the next time you enter that you at least win an honorable mention or place somehow.

I was at the competition also, didn't enter, just wanted to see all the cakes. This was one of my favorites there! I think you did an amazing job on the large rosettes. Well, more than amazing, the most beautiful, perfect ones I've ever seen! It really looked like the fabric on the dress! So beautiful!
