Cake was three layers, covered in buttercream and then chocolate ruffles. I used the jumbo ruffle cutter and then inserted toothpicks to keep the ruffles from falling until the chocolate set. Added purple glitter to the ruffles for the celebration. This cake would also look good in all white or off white. Photo two shows off white with toothpicks.
