So I love making these trees and sorry but I dont have any great tips. I start out with a mound of frosting, kinda of like as if you were making a buttercream rose:) Then I just pipe and pipe and pipe the leaves. But I have got to tell you that I have had a few tree tops just fall off ! Then of course I had to rede them :)
