Retro Bright Birthday Cake

This WILD and CRAZY cake was just F-U-N. The birthday girl wanted bright colors, specifically:neon green, purple, hot pink, and turquoise blue. She wanted polka dots, stripes, swirlies and zebra print. I think I got it all in, ha ha. The cake is 10" on the bottom and 6" on top, both 2 layers of red velvet cake with vanilla cream filling. The frosting is buttercream. The "13" on top is rice krispy treat covered in buttercream.
