It is a whimsical cake, but also a children's birthday cake. I couldn't decide where to put it, but I realized I put all my "Swirly cakes" in the whimsical department :) But this sweet, redhaired, little girl with amazing blue eyes, turned 1 today. Her parents asked for the swirly edge...so I made a swirly edge with pink flowers :) Fun fun fun!!
