Princess Castle Cake, Buttercake covered in fondant, with decorations made in both fondant and gumpaste. The only thing I didn't make was the "Princess". Otherwise all edible. Made for my daughters 4th birthday. Thought it would be a quick cake but from start to finish I probably put in 6 hours. As long as she smiles tomorrow that's all i care.
