This is a display cake that is being used at a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. It is covered in fondant with an imprint mat that says happy birthday and the decorations are made of both fondant and gum paste. While everything on the outside is handmade and edible, the inside is actually made of styrofoam. This is commonly called a ?fake cake?. I'm very proud to be donating a cake to help raise money for such a worthy cause
