Day-care center 22th Anniversary

This cake celebrate the 22th anniversary of a day-care center (Centre de la petite enfance Petits Murmures) in Quebec city. I put on the butterpecan cake a lot of classics toys, they are all made of fondant. I also added childrens drawing all around the cake. I like the colorful effect of this cake!

Lovely...but trying to understand how you did the board with the numbers and letters.

Thank you for the great comments! For the board toy, I first made a paper pattern that I cutted with an exacto knife . Than I put another layer of fondant under, so it looks like the real toy. The letters that we can put on the toy are also hand cut. It is a long work but I think it looks like the real toy... Hope it can help!
