I though I'd try to make a simple purse cake. I was planning on making it as a suprise for a co-workers bday. I made a vanilla chai cake and covered it in modeling chocolate and a mix of chocolate and fondant. I used pearl dust to do the stencil. My first time working with modeling chocolate (first time makng it too) and first time I tried the geletain-made the bow. I moved this over on my cabinet so I could take pictures of truffles and it lost balance and toppled over onto the floor.
