This cake gave me so many problems! First, it was hot and humid. Had fans going, the A/C cranked up and still the cake just wanted to sink and sink, droop and droop. Luckily, it was for my nephew and his new bride. They married in Vegas on Valentine's day and this is a replica of the picture she picked out -- not a very good replica in my opinion, but she loved it. Top tier and bottom tier are Strawberry Dreamcake filled with fresh strawberries and the middle tier is Black Magic cake (a dark chocolate espresso cake) with Dark Chocolate Ganache filling. As messed up as it was on the outside, it was delicious on the inside! Thanks for looking!
