This cake is white and chocolate chips with strawberry mousse and fresh bananas filling. Yummy! The head is made out of rice crispy treats covered in fondant. It was the first time i used rice krispy treats as part of the cake and i am sure glad i did it and got that scare of working with them over with! I strongly recommend to try it, its really easy to work with!
