This was a pound cake (recipe doubled) cooked in a 9 x 13 pan and cut with a 2-inch cookie cutter.  I put candy (jelly beans, nerds, lemonheads, etc.) in the bottom of the cone and placed the pound cake on top after carving the bottom of the cake to fit inside the top cone before icing with three different store bought frostings and then lightly sprinkling each.  My niece wanted to give her nephews  (out-of-towners) a party to meet their relations which were close in age to them.  Not only did the kids love it but I also got an order from the clown at the party.
