Dragonfly

Design adopted from a much larger (and prettier) verision I'd seen somewhere. Dragonfly was supposed to be hovering above but due to the lack of time I had, I just set him on the cake! 6" Birthday cake For my mum who loves dragonflies. 5 layers of alternating amaretto & choc fudge brownie cake with canolli & ganache between every layer. YUM was it delicious!
