top layer was tie dye cake as well. No picture, but it was a great surprise for the unsuspecting 14 year old girl :o) Decorations are all fondant, except for smily faces. Made them with a mold and candy chocolate chips. Notice the upside down ribbon??? What a silly detail to mess up! Grrrrr! Noticed it in the picture AFTER it went out the door with the recipient! Oh well..hehe
