Ciroc Bottle on Ice... First time making sugar ice cubes which melted about 2 hrs into the event (warm inside the home); Next time I will use Isomalt. Bucket is three 9" round yellow butter cakes carved and covered in fondant. Ciroc bottle is made from two 3" round chocolate cakes covered in fondant. Cake was airbrushed. This was my first time making the bucket, bottle and ice cubes...overall pleased with the outcome.
