I made this Disco theme 60th Birthday cake for a cancer survivor. The bottom tier has images of Disco Dancers, the middle tier is surrounded by pink ribbons to represent her brave battle against cancer and the top tier is a 60 with a disco ball coming out of the top. Unfortunately, my hubby took the picture and it was a really sunny day, so it is a bit hard to see.
