This was for a 1st birthday - Cookie Monster is made from the mini teddy bear pan. I cut the ears off and piped him with royal blue buttercream. Eyes and mouth are fondant. 6" layer stacked on 8" WASC. Both tiers iced in buttercream with fondant accents. I also made a small 4" "smash" cake to go with this - also iced in blue buttercream to look like Cookie Monster.
