My 1st attempt to do a rosette cake like the wonderful one by I am Baker (see her's here http://cakecentral.com/gallery/1982988 ) Mine's nowhere near as awesome as hers, I'm tempted to redo it, but I'm worried I'll get crumbs in the icing if I try to take it off :} Mine is a chocolate cake with a bitter dark chocolate filling and fluffy Italian meringue icing.
