Topsy Turvy Wedding Cake With Fondant Rose Bouquet Topper

This is a cake I finished today for a friend's wedding. The bottom tier is chocolate, the middle tier is rice krispie treat, and the top layer is white cake. I used homemade marshmallow fondant to cover each tier before stacking. All the roses and pearls are fondant too. I did the flourish on each tier in contrasting color and the best part is that the flourish helped hide a seam in the fondant of two of the tiers! Yay! Don't forget to use dowels pushed into the middle of the bottom tier (I used 4) to support the heavy rice krispie treats above it. I was so happy with how this cake turned out and the bride, groom and guests loved it too!
