I was trying out a new recipe and had a 10 inch layer of cake with nothing to do with. So, cut it in a wedge and made some cheese. The mouse is my attempt at making Emile from Ratatouille. But, since everything is fondant, he shrunk down and got kinda stumpy. Anyhoo hope you like.
