My son is a Backyardigans fan and he loves the Tale of the Mighty Knights Episode. The castle cake is 2 stacked dark chocolate cakes with butter cakes as the castle tower rounds. It was filled with cream cheese icing. The characters are made from a fondant and gumpaste mixture to speed drying. I had structural integrity issues with the round towers and spent the entire night before the party rebaking the butter cakes. Many fine details are missing from the castle because of lost time due to rebaking.
