Thank you for the lovely comments! The frills are just fondant cut into strips and frilled using the wilton tool with almost a tear drop on the end....don't know what it is called. The roses are just made with a circle cutter. One approx. 1 1/2 inch. very time consuming...better cutters are on my list to get eventually.
