This cake was for a bridal shower for a woman who works at the University of Louisville Library and was having a shower in a hall called the library. Her "desk" has objects on it that have meaning to her including her proposal photo in the large chocolate frame. The open book is a chocolate cake with vanilla bean buttercream and the bottom layer is a simple vanilla bean pound cake with vanilla bean buttercream. The cakes are covered in fondant, as is the cake board. All of the frames are chcocolate with photo icing sheet pictures, the Eiffel Tower paper weight is chocolate too and the other items are photo icing backed with gumpaste. There are sugar diamonds along with gumpaste heart sprinkles.
