This cake is iced smooth with buttercream and accented with MMF ballet slippers and buttercream rose buds. Child requested cotton candy flavored cake. Ended up using Berry Blue Jello in with a white cake mix and added pink icing coloring to make it lavendar colored. Turned out really good!
