Dora book birthday cake for my great-granddaughter who turned 2 years old. It is a 9 X 13" - two layer chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling and icing, covered in white fondant, with gumpaste flowers, butterflies, gelatin butterfly, gumpaste "2" embellished with sugar pearls. Dora was handcut using a coloring book page as the pattern and colored using Americolor airbrush and gel color. The lettering was cut using a Cricut Expression and Cricut gumpaste. This cake was a lot of fun to do.
