minnie mouse birthday cake. the minnie mouse had a support dowel with two boards attached to it. one at the skirt and one at the head/hands area. she is mostly rice crispies but there is also parts of cake, gumpaste, modeling chocolate, and of course fondant. I was rushed at the end so it didn't come out as clean as I would have liked. the present cake came off and was a smash cake.
