This cake was made for a 50th wedding anniversary. The couple is Chinese so they wanted me to make a red/gold cake (for good luck!) and they also wanted me to incorporate red roses as they were giving one red rose to each guest at the party. This is what I came up with and they loved it! Cake is chocolate fudge filled with buttercream and strawberries.
