This is one of my first ever cakes. My youngest son wanted a Taco Tico birthday so I made soft taco cakes for his party. They were made with chocolate cake inside frosted with chocolate buttercream and coated with crumbled oreos for "meat. The "tortillas" are fondant, and the "cheese", "onions" and "lettuce" are made out of rolled out gum drops. It was a lot of work but a lot of fun! A lot of people, at first glance, thought they were really giant soft tacos! LOL
