This is a 4 tier cake with no layers made with pineapple cake and mandarins in white frosting. My grandmother turned 80 and we thought she deserved a Quinceanera cake. The roses are gum-paste and we added food coloring to make them look wet. The blue bird is also made out of gum-paste and the cake is covered in vanilla flavored fondant.
