Orofino Distinguished Young Women 2012

the theme for the scholarship program was Oriental so I was prepping to make this cake a Pagoda cake- but the gumpaste tiles did not dry in time so last minute change brought this which i was very pleased with. Cake flavors are: Bottom- chocolate with raspberry filling- Middle layer- Strawberry with strawberry simple syrup infusion and Strawberry mousse, top square was Vanilla with Honey Lemon buttercream (top tower was chocolate with vanilla) everything including butter vanilla flavor mmf,same flavor bc icing, cakes and fillings from scratch. filling recipes all found here on CC. wording is Orofino Distinguished Young Women in chinese using Google Translate- as correct as i could get it.
